Construction of a 15-unit residential complex (87-88)

Place of construction: South Battle Street – Qiyam Street – East Fourth Alley – No. 38

The construction of a residential complex on a land of 400 square meters and on seven floors was implemented on a turnkey basis. Five floors are residential (15 units) and two floors are communal. The skeleton is made of metal and the roof is made of block beams, the total area of the building is 198 square meters.

Construction of a 6-unit residential complex (87-88)

Construction site: Andisheh town – Phase 1 – Taleghani St. – Maryam town – Yasman alley 2 – plot 382

The construction of a residential complex on a plot of 247 square meters and on four floors was implemented as a turnkey project. 3 floors are residential and one floor is common.

The skeleton is made of concrete and the roof is made of block beams, the total area of the building is 722 meters.

Construction of 15-unit office complex (87-88)

Place of construction: 2nd floor, Pars, Farjam Street, No. 43, Tehran

The construction of the office complex on a land of 476.5 square meters and on 7 floors will be implemented on a turnkey basis. Five floors are administrative and two floors are common.

The skeleton is made of metal (bolts and nuts) and the roof is made of chromite beams, the total area of the building is 1946 meters.
